T&C's for Maid in Heaven Cleaning Services

Scope of Services:

Maid in Heaven provides professional cleaning services for residential properties. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and additional services as per the customer's request.

Booking and Scheduling:

Customers can book services through the Maid in Heaven website or by contacting our customer service. Appointments are subject to availability, and customers are encouraged to schedule in advance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments with advance notice. A cancellation fee of £25 may apply for cancellations made within 48hrs of the planned start time.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are based on the type and size of the property and the selected services. Payment is due prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Access to Property:

Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Maid in Heaven is not liable for any delays or issues related to property access.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for securing and protecting their valuables during cleaning services. Customers are encouraged to communicate specific cleaning preferences and concerns in advance.

Quality Guarantee:

Maid in Heaven strives for customer satisfaction and quality service. Customers should report any issues within a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

Liability:

Maid in Heaven is insured and takes reasonable precautions, but customers are advised to secure valuable or fragile items. Maid in Heaven is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Maid in Heaven respects customer privacy and maintains the confidentiality of personal information. Customer information is used solely for service-related purposes.

Termination of Service:

Maid in Heaven reserves the right to terminate services for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or inappropriate behavior.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Maid in Heaven may update these terms and conditions as needed. Customers will be notified of any changes.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
